This was my first purchase from Garden Delights. I'm not from Nashville, but have a daughter who works in Cool Springs and was celebrating a birthday. Upon searching for florists in the area, I found Garden Delights, and really loved what I saw on their website. I specifically requested the delivery be before noon on the delivery date. They did so and the orchid they delivered was even more beautiful than the image on their website. The pricing is reasonable and the additional delivery fee was low in comparison to some other sites I reviewed. I especially appreciated the delivery confirmation that was sent.

I ordered Nashville Wildflower Woods because it's unique and I had high hopes that it would be as beautiful as the picture shows. I no longer live in Franklin, and was looking around on Yelp to find a place for a bouquet for Mother's day. I finally had the bright idea to ask my father and he told me he'd been getting his flowers from Garden Delights for over fifteen years and had never gotten a bad bouquet. I'm really glad I asked. My brother and I had the florists design a bouquet for her and it was absolutely stunning. The website was easy to use (for everyone else like me who lives out of town), the delivery came when promised, and she was thrilled. You may be paying a little more than at other places, but if you want a gorgeous arrangement, it'd absolutely worth it.

What a great long-distance experience! It is always difficult to send flowers when you don't know any of the floral shops in the area. So happy I chose Garden Delights Fine Florist. The flowers were of course beautiful but the customer service was above and beyond. They were delivered to an apartment building and the shop called my friend to make sure she had picked them up from the lobby and then let me know. I didn't even ask for them to do that. No one has that kind of customer service any longer. Bravo! I will order again when I need flowers in Franklin, TN
