A++ experience. I live out of state & wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in Franklin. The arrangement was important. Using the website, I was able to place my order w ease but had to then hope for the best as far as the final product & delivery. Well, the flowers were delivered the next day & were just beautiful! They had the desired impact on my friend, for certain. This was the experience you hope to have when ordering long distance.
